They include two wrenches in the package. It’s pretty time consuming to use them to screw in the airtag. It fits nicely and is very secure. But I lost the two wrenches – they are so small and couldn’t find any in a hardware store. Also we were looking at using them for tradeshow promos and for that I think you would have to give away a wrench with each one.So yes sometimes it might be a little too secure but that’s also the point.

Nice secure way for Airtag
This package of four Airtag holders arrived in a small case with instructions, a spare mounting screw and a tool. A small tool is required to open the case to place the Airtag into the holder. The metal cable securing the Airtag feels very solid and anchors well to a variety of items including key chains, carabiner clips or anything else that has a loop fastener.Given that the loop on this Airtag holder is anchored in place with a screw, you will need something else to clip on to the loop in order to secure the Airtag to the item being tracked.Installation was simple and straightforward yet also a bit challenging. The retaining screw is very small as is the tool used to remove and reinstall the screw. Be sure to hold on to the bag with the extra screw and tool as you will need it if/when you need to replace the Airtag. The retaining screw seems to be a small 1.3mm hex screw. If you have a small computer tool kit with a variety of bits, it would be a better choice than the provided tool. I have a Tekton small computer tool kit and using the 1.3mm hex bit along with the handle was a much simpler way to open the holder and install the Airtag.Overall, this is an excellent option for securely mounting Airtags.

It was hard to attach & close these cases at the same time, but once you get it on, it works & not to mention the screw is so tiny you probably spend more time looking for it after it fall after trying to attach these & close them

great and easy to put together
There is a rubber gasket inside to keep water from getting to the tag. We tested it inside the case and the tag still shows up very quickly. Gonna use these on our trailers in case they get stolen.

Stuck foreverâ¦
I purchased this product and tried to use itâ¦. The screw was immediately stripped when I tried to take it off the first time. I had to break it to get my AirTag out so I can return. Itâs good if you never wanna move it but one day you will need to replace battery and then this will become issueâ¦
